The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Historic Rosemont Manor and Springs which is located at 16 Rosemont Manor Ln, Berryville, VA 22611

​​​​​​​​​​The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside on the lawn and portico (weather dependent). ​

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. We ask that all guests arrive by 3:30pm to allow time to park, reach the ceremony site, and be seated comfortably.

The dress code is formal attire. We recommend a long dress, formal cocktail dress, dressy pantsuit, or a suit/jacket and tie. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather dependent). The average temperatures at this time of year are in the low 80s during the day and 60s at night.

Rosemont Manor is a beautiful property that we will have all to ourselves to enjoy. We would love for people to come Friday evening if their schedule permits and join us for a Welcome Reception at the property from 7-9 pm where we will serve cocktails and light fare and have several lawn games available for impromptu tournaments (highly encouraged). 

After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail reception at the Manor where there will be hors d'oeuvres and drinks served while the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures. From there, guests will walk to Rosemont Springs (about a 3-5 min walk away) where the  formal reception will start at 6 pm which includes a full dinner with dancing to follow.

We will also be hosting a breakfast at Rosemont Manor Sunday morning from 10am -1 pm. Please let us know if you plan on attending so we can make sure there is enough food.

There is ample parking available at Rosemont Manor and Springs.

Additionally, shuttle service will be provided from the George Washington and Hilton Garden Inn hotels (see below for more information).

Since we have a huge extended family, we hope you can understand that we’ve chosen to limit our guest list to adults only. We can provide babysitting service onsite at Rosemont Manor so if you plan to bring your children and utilize the service, please let us know by August 1.

We have reserved blocks of rooms at two hotels in the nearby City of Winchester Virginia.

There are 20 rooms reserved under our names at The George Washington, A Wyndham Hotel, for $209 a night plus taxes

There are 20 rooms also reserved under our names at the Hilton Garden Inn Winchester for $119 a night plus taxes. 

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know about your dietary needs when you RSVP.
